Grown at 2000 meters above sea level, this coffee undergoes a washed process with extended fermentation, enhancing its sweetness and bringing out distinct flavor notes. After 48 hours of oxidation and 72 hours of fermentation, the beans are slowly dried for 17 days on African beds, ensuring greater clean, sweet, and complex cup.

Tasting notes: chocolate, red fruits, plum, red grape, brown sugar, molasses, almond, and a hint of black pepper.
